Born and raised in Waterloo, my roots and love for the Cedar Valley run deep. It’s where I’m proud to raise my family, serve my community, and help others confidently make their place, too.
Since beginning my real estate career in 2020, I’ve been grateful to help clients buy, sell, and build homes throughout the Cedar Valley, with particular experience in strategic seller representation and new construction. Through close partnerships with local builders and developers, I’m able to offer added insight into everything from preparing and positioning a home for the market to evaluating homesites, floor plans, selections, timelines, and long-term resale potential.
Before entering real estate, I spent 13 years in the credit union industry, including serving as a consumer loan officer. That experience shaped the thoughtful, detail-oriented approach I bring to helping clients navigate the financial considerations and many moving pieces involved in a real estate decision.
Real estate is rarely just about the house. It often represents a major transition, a new opportunity, or the beginning of a different chapter. I value the trust clients place in me and provide strategic, steady, and highly involved representation from beginning to end. My approach is to listen first, anticipate the needs and details, and offer the clear information and honest guidance clients need to make confident decisions. Above all, I remain solutions-focused—working through challenges and finding a practical path forward when the process doesn’t go exactly as planned.
